Ok so I am losing coolant, I go to autozone and borrow the pressure tester and do 10 lbs for 5 minutes and she holds, I have front and rear heat. Buuuutttt my coolant cap since I got the truck you put it on and it would click like the gas cap. I pressure test it and it won't hold even 5 lbs of pressure, I buy a new one from standt, now question is the new cap screws on tight like a cap. No clicks. Did the original caps click?? Where is a heating system diagram for an EB showing all hoses, valves and connect points so I can verify a few things????
I am still checking it today for leaks, but since the system is so big it is a little difficult.
That cap, if it was bad, will the coolant evaporate out of the tank???

Thanks red423
