Hello
Looking for information on changing the instrumentation lights on my 98 expedition most lamps are burnt out. I am thinking of replacing with led. Does anyone know the how many and what type of lamps are used. Seems the dash lights are T10 194 bulb. I am not sure how many are needed. There also seems to be gauge bulbs. Any information suggestion would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hey Fred, here are the LEDs I purchased to redo the dash lights in my 97 Expedition. I used blue but you can get a variety of colors. You can also use the extra T10s for the running boards, license plate lights and many of the interior lights as well. The only trick is that the bulbs do not indicate which side is + or -. So the easiest way to replace the bulbs is around dusk when you can turn on your lights and check to see if the bulb lights up for not. If it doesn't light up the first time, simply unplug it, turn it around and plug it back in. Good luck buddy.
