HyperFlash with lights on.

Good morning, I've done some searches on this and there isn't quite one that addressed this issue. I use Forscan and made the modifications in the BCM to disable the bulb out notification quite some time back. I use leds all the way around and what's weird is how it only hyper flashes when my lights are on. When the lights are off, they work as normal. If i reenable the notification in Forscan, it hyper flashes constantly as a lamp is out. Has anyone seen this or fixed the issue without installing load resistors.
