Dashboard Warping/bubling up

I recall seeing this issue some time ago, but my search did not find it. In front of my driver seat the Dash board nearest to the windshield is bubbling up or warping. My concern to fix this is a major tear up tot he dash. Any one else have this and have it fixed

That's terrible. Ford really needs to up their quality game to justify the cost of these new.

So mine did that as well... had to replace the whole dashboard luckily all under warrenty. Gave us a dinky ford escape loaner tho
