Dead 99 5.4, will a 02 5.4 fit the bill??

Spun a bearing in my 99 5.4 Expy wth 175k on it, found a decent deal on a 02 F150 5.4 with 110k on it. Wondering if everything will swap over without too much hastle. Any input?

They are the same generation so I dont see why not. If you were talking about different generations thatd be different. F150 and expeditions are mechanically identical in most ways anyway
