After those first two incidents you had, there were not any other starting or electrical power issues since?

If the "charger plugged into the 12v outlet in the center console" is to charge a cell phone or similar it's killing your battery, even if nothing is on the other end. Ford criminally leaves these ports On all the time rather than being switched with the ignition.

Shouldn't be overnight, though.
