Dealership recommended service

Ford recommended service. A few years back, I had a ford that the windows would sometimes go all the way down,, sometimes would not. They charged me $75.00 to "reprogram" the window switches. They acted up as I was pulling out of the dealership. They sent the tech out to check.. The "reprogram" was holding the switch for 10.. 15 seconds after the window was in the open / closed position. I was pretty pissed to think they would charge me for this "reprogramming"!
