Did I get the wrong part?!?

03 XLT 4.6L early Model Year. Did the Fuel Filter and PCV Valve replacement from Motorcraft to be sure of quality!

But at RockAuto.com they list PCV Valve #EV-268 (2L5Z-6A666-BA) as the replacement wich is what I got.

Now when I replaced the PCV Valve I noticed that even tho they both (old and new one) fit the valve cover and vaccum hose, they don't look exactly the same side by side!

So I went to Horizon Ford and they list PCV Valve #EV-258 (2L3Z-6A666-AA) as the replacement. So my question is... are this two parts interchangeable? or is RockAuto.com selling the wrong PCV Valve for the 2003 Expedition?

Should be fine. The 268 probably just superceded the 258.

Could this be confirmed? I went back to both sites and neither cross reference each part as a replacement for the other!

Wrong part?

Your truck takes the EV258. The EV268 fits 4.0l Ranger/ Explorer.
Not right, but will work.
