Difficult shifting to lower gears 2013 Expedition. I don't use the lower gears except during snow events. Normal driving is fine.

When I try using putting the lever in 1,2,3 during snow or anytime I try to shift the lever, it is extremely stiff on the lever. Is there a lube point I could try? In the console or under the vehicle. Thanks for any tips or knowledge.
