digital mileage intermittent and OD

99 expy XLT digital mileage comes and goes @ random times. mostly stays half illuminated but won't show up @ all sometimes and others it will be fully illuminated. fuse is fine. anyone else have this problem? also OD kickout isn't working. light won't come on or anything. fuse for it is ok too

I think almost everyone here has that problem, (slight exaggeration)! It's an expensive fix if you have a shop do it. From what I've read it's a bad solder on the back of the gauge cluster. Couple people have fixed theirs, took quite some time. I decided to just live with it.

thats wat i was thinking cuz a quick smack will sometimes fix it. looks real classy with when you have your girl in the car haha thanks i appreciate it
