Does radio stay ON after ignition is OFF?

When you shut the ignition off and don't open a front door, does the radio and power windows still work (for 10-15 minutes)? My '06 Mariner and '12 Escape have this feature and I really love it. My '97 Explorer doesn't and I wish it did.

Do Expredictions do this? All model years? All trims?

I think I've narrowed my search down to a 2nd gen Eddie Bauer. I like the more rugged look of the 1st gen, but I like how the 3rd row folds flat into the floor of the 2nd gen.

I keep going back and forth between a 1st and 2nd gen.

What i did was run a wire from the N/O (normally open) side of the window relay to the + power trigger to another relay I had laying around and then run my stereo power/turn on to the N/O side of that relay and a constant power to the common side of that relay.
