Yep sure does. It is kind of a pain. If you look underneath you will see two tabs. Push up on those tabs while pulling the bottom of that piece out. Once it releases you can pull the top straight out. I think there are a few YouTube videos if you need more. I believe all the 2018-2022 models are same.

Yes it does. That's a 2022! I know that bumper! Congrats! Just pull on it and it will reveal a tow hitch. It feels weird because the whole bumper will flex, but it's normal.

It will get easier after about 5 or 10 removals and repayments. Initially I took a plastic trim removal tool and got the bottom loose first when mine was new

It sure does flex. I have yet to pull mine off because of this. Feels like I'm going to rip off the whole bumper. I think I'll do what the other poster said and use some plastic trim removal tools.
