Door Window Trim Edge Molding

Not sure how to describe what I'm looking for, but basically the rubber strip that sits against the outside of your door windows and prevents rain from getting inside the door has dry-rotted on my truck. Has anyone replaced theirs with success? And if so, do you have a link to the product that worked for you?
