I located the fuse box under the hood... the 20 amp fuse (#10) is broke..... um.... well..... any idea where to get one other than the stealership? I have googled and done the ol' Interweb and am unable to find it. Surely someone has had to replace these.. and yes... I called ya'll surely....

thanks guys....

Fuse

As far as I know, you can buy any of the fuses at most auto parts stores. I don't have anything in slot 10 of my fuse box so I can't be 100% sure.

The slightly-larger-than-a-fuse devices that have the clear window on top are called Cartridge Fuses. Cheap at a Ford dealer, guessing $4. Probably 10 for a $1 at a junkyard, Ford has been using these for years. Some know them as "J-Case fuses".

These are not maxi fuses, inline fuses, or fusable links.
