anyone have to change their's yet? called ford dealers up here and they want 132-150... ughhh so thinking about going to autozone they only want 55 bucks plus a 2yr warrenty... so if it breaks i'll just keep getting new ones... so anyone have any luck with non-OEM DPFE sensors?

ive never seen one go bad. what normally happens is some one replaces the neopreme lines with rubber vaccum lines and those break down from the heat and plug the sensor. when i see this i clean the two ports real well and put the proper lines back on and it fixes the insuffient egr flow issue.... by the way that graphic looks awesome.

They are super easy to fix, I've used the autozone ones before, no issues.

The DPFE does regullarly go bad. One of Ford's "better ideas"! LOL

well changed dpfe with "autozone one" and so far no problems and smoothed the truck out so i can actually drive it... still thinking a cop is bad since a slight hesitation and skipping but new cops from global automotive is already in the mail and new plugs are in the center console... hope to get them changed this weekend...

thanks for compliments on graphic they went on last week...

great to hear its fixed. when you deleted the rear cats did you have to do anything with the rear o2 sensors? i have one cat that is cracked and would rather take the rears off then replace.

removed rear two cats and welded in pipe... make sure it doesn't leak and I haven't had an issue with O2s... nothing changed on them either still OEM..

also makes the expy sound sick...lol wanted to take off flowmasters but will be too loud and don't feel like drawing more attention to myself..lol
