I have a '15 Platinum 3.5 Ecoboost with 120K miles. At low RPM's, about 1500, I notice a rough vibration. I've tried to shift manually to see if it only happens when in a certain gear, but that doesn't effect it. It's more related to low RPM's. I'm thinking it could be the U-joint but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this issue.
