Driver power seat malfunction

I've got a 2013 that has a power driver seat that will not go forward or back anymore. It will go up and down but when the power button is pushed back or forward, nothing happens. No sound or vibration so it seems to be a motor malfunction to me. Any ideas? I have looked under for track obstruction and can't find any.

Try pushing or pulling the seat while someone operates the power button. It might just be stucked.
