Two things here in the same general area of repair:
Drivers side window - loose from the regulator. The window when going down gets sideways. I had repaired by a local auto shop that only lasted for a few months. Sick and tire of this problem. Is this an easy repair for a DIY?
I am prepared to buy a new regulator, just need to know how difficult these are to install.
Driver's side door handle - the Expy has a tendency to frost up in cold weather causing doors to stick when opening. I pulled the door handle yesterday and something gave. I suspect the linkage from the handle to the door gave. I see on some internet parts stores, the replacement costs under $15 - they are plastic. Hard to imagine they are quality for this cost. Has anyone ever replaced one of these or replaced parts in this assembly?
For both of these, my guess is the hardest part is pulling the door interior and electronics off.
