DVD Audio Intermittent

Hey Guru's,

2006 Expy KR and the dvd player audio only works sometimes. Haven't found a fix and the entertainment package was a huge selling feature when we bought it. it's gotten worse over time ( maybe works 1 out of 10 times). hoping someone might have come across the issue before since Ford house refers me to offsite car audio place and offsite car audio place states they do not work on factory systems. also the 6-disc changer sometimes fails miduse with an error of random letters? (Ccdj or something like that)

Hey Doug,

Have you considered visiting a second dealer to see if repairs can be done in house? Let me know.
