Are they worth it? 250 fire the Accel Coils or more for Ford Coils compared to 80 - 100 bucks for a set of 8 from ebay seems like a know brainer. But they say you get what you pay for. Anybody have any good or bad experiences with getting ignition coils from ebay?

I have the accel coils and I LOVE them. I oppted to spend the little more. All my old rods ran accel or msd and I have never had problems. Also. accel offers warrenty for them. If I remeber right. its a lifetime warrenty..

Just my .02 cents

Either Global Automotive or Uneek Supply, though I think one of them stopped selling them. You may find it better to purchase the set for a V10, so you have a couple spares "just in case."

I'd read up on F150online to see if there's any reviews on those. I've heard of some brands giving people trouble. At least the ebay ones have a proven track record :)

Set of 8 at amazon $ 153.00

You can get a set of 8 Accel coils new from amazon for $ 153 free shipping thats the best price I can find. I just bought 8 for my Exp. I have been using them in my 4.6 grand marquis for a year and I beat the h#ll out of it with no problems. If you been passed by a silver grand marquis it was probably me.
