Here is a picture I snapped I was doing 71mph with the cruise on going down the 40W freeway to Nashville...just look at the 22mpg reading holding nice and steady...and you can see some of the other readings I monitor...having this truck and special license plates get me some preferred parking at times..LOL

Looks great! I hope to get an edge programmer soon. We make frequent trips to SW Colorado from Wichita and it won't take long for it to pay for its self. I currently get 16-16.5 on the highway. Yes I like your parking priviledges. Merry Christmas.

well i ran 50 miles one way with level3 and your settings i got 16.8-17 it was hard holding 17 and that was with cruise control at 70. the 50 miles home i ran level 2 with same advance and settings just in the level 2 and got 16.5 steady. and that is with 91 octane with 10 ethanol since thats all i can get with 2 bottles of oreilly octane booster trying to put myself closer to 93 octane and 5.5 ounces of lucas. the lucas normally gets me atleast 1mpg on highway by itself. im just not seeing your mpgs at all o ya and way home was 65-70mph. i did 16 with just the stock level 1 no adjustments. and i average 15-16 before programmer with 87. im not seeing a milage increase at all and im not hot rodding it im accelerating nicely then setting cruise control and there was no traffic that made me ever touch my brakes. i averaged 13.5mpg with lucas at 65 miles an hour on 87 octane pulling around 6-7k preprogrammer.

what i do like about programmer is my transmission finally shifts correctly and when i need the power like i did last night it is there. im keeping the edge on one main reason i feel like it will really save my transmission when towing which i do a decent amount of

I love reading about your trial and errors trying to dial in the settings of these programmers. One thing keeps coming to mind for me... are the rear ratios the same in all of your vehicles? To me it almost sounds like Baker has a 3.31 rear and the rest of you have a 3.55 or higher ratio. If I'm wrong then so be it, but that seems to be the most logical reason everyone can't get the same mileage. Or Baker is just really good at rolling the hills of Tn.

well my edge says im getting good milage like that but when i fill up at the pump the pump says different. the pump agrees with my overhead console. according to the edge my avg mpg this last trip said was like 20+ gas station says 16. o how i wish my edge was right and i even checked what my edge thought my gear ratio was and it sayd 3.55 and truck is 3.55LS so i dont understand why the edge is so off... everything else seems to be right with the edge

I have 3:55 gear ratio as well... that's what the factory build sheet says and I have no reason to believe otherwise...I am the second owner...maybe give mark a call at Edge...I dunno...I can only show you and tell you what my does.... and if your running the same settings as me....do you have a K&N air filter? I know you told me you did the gotts mod....and as I told you mine gotts is a little more advanced and I have the K&N filter...

i know on my last long road trip i got 17mpg and that was in horrible snow conditions in 4x4 and 60-75mph. so summer i should be able to push 18-20 maybe?! 3:73s here.

i'm envious of the 03-06 mirrors! i'll get myself a set one day!
