There is a small electric motor just forward of the windshield washer tank on my E/B 2001 expy. Does anyone know what is for and why does it come on all the time? I've noticed it will come on even when the engine isn't running and at times can be annoying.

Alvin, it's the load leveling pump for your air ride system...

Thanks for the info dyurkosr, I bought the expy used and didn't know it had an air ride system installed as nothing was said about it when I got it from the dealer.
