I have a 2012 Expedition that normally runs fine. A few weeks back after a moderately long road trip (about 360 miles) at the very end of the trip the truck started running rough and dying (the best way I would describe it is if you are driving a manual transmission and you shift too early, it almost dies, and then if you give it gas it reves way up). No gauges were out of whack, and no check engine light. Truck dies. I wait a minute and it starts up like nothing happened. I took it to my mechanic, he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately it just happened again to my wife; it sputtered and died on the road. No check engine light, no nothing. Any ideas?
