i haveing a 99 expy couldnt figure the problem for awhile so since its finally getting really cold i decide to find out what it was. so me and my neighbor started to fix it. i replaced the thrmo stat twice. replaced the waterpump. and the i did a flush and bam there it was. the guy at the shop said expys are know for being clogged. he said theres a restrictor in the heater hoses and it clogs up he took it out and it was fixed. no i have nice het. hope it helps some you all.
