So I received my monroe 90010 kit yesterday and went ahead and started the install after work last night. Anybody that has installed shocks on a car is capable of installing this kit.
BEFORE

REAR
Took me 2.5 hours to install the rear, by myself with just hand tools. All you really need are a couple of 18MM wrenches, 18MM socket, breaker bar, ratchet, a pry bar, and a flat head screwdriver.
After i jacked it up and took off the tires i removed the lower shock bolts on both sides, and the lower stab link bolts on both sides.
Then i started on the driver side as it looked to be the more difficult side with the gas tank providing some blockage.
I removed the upper clip from the top of the bag, then used a pry bar to pull it out.
once it was just hanging out i disconnected the line and connector. Then I pulled the top drivers side shock bolt, (hardest bolt to get to).
Then installed new shock with upper bolt, (saved the lower shock bolts til later.
Jumped to passenger side, removed the bag clip at the top, pryed the bag out, then removed the upper shock bolt on that side.
Installed new shock with upper bolt on the passenger side, (again saving the lower bolts until later.)
Now it was time for coil springs. With the rear end at full droop with no shocks connected and the sway bar disconnected my coil springs would not just slide right in.
What i did was put the isolater on top of the coil spring and moved the upper part into place (there is a top and a bottom to the spring, both fit their perch really well.
I then used my handy pry bar again to compress the shocks enough to get them over and into it's perch.
A compressor would have made the job easier but probably would have taken more time, (This step took me less than 5 minutes on each side.)
Then hooked up both lower shock bolts and stab links.
FRONT
This took me alot longer than necessary because of replacing other items and breaking stuff. Could probably be done in 1.5 hours without anything breaking, maybe less.
Jack up the truck and put it on jack stands, and remove wheels.
Jack up the lower control arm so it's being supported, remove the cotter pin, and loosen the castle nut on the upper balljoint, seperate the upper ball joint, remove the castle nut all the way and let the steering knuckle out of the way.
Remove the upper shock nut along with bushings and washer (kit comes with all new).
Remove the lower shock bolt (keep or replace, kit does NOT come with new).
Remove air line hook up and shock should come right out.
Lower your jack that's under the lower control arm until you have enough room to get the new taller shocks in place. I installed the upper bushing and nut first. Then you can raise the control arm with the jack until the lower bolt lines up with the hole.
Tighten up the lower shock bolt.
Raise the jack back up high enough to reinstall the the upper ball joint into the steering knuckle.
Reinstall the castle nut and cotter pin.
That's all it should take, be careful not to stretch or bang the brake hose and you shouldn't have any real issues.

I didn't take many pics under it because I was by myself, but i did take before and after pics that i'll post up later. I'll also finish the write up when i do the fronts this after noon.
