first gen with prem sound how do you wire in a new head unit?

ok so got all my dash kit and harness today ready to put my system in I have two connectors one for power grnd and constant the other for speaker wires on the speaker wire connector i connected the ones from the head unit to it ...green and green with black stripe ect but there are some extra wires on this plug... a red, a black , white with a red stripe, yellow with a red stripe orange with a white stripe i didnt have any other speaker outputs from the radio for any of these wires so i just left them hang but i plugged it in and radio powers up and works but no sound.... do these extra wires need to be hooked up somewhere? I have put in several car stereos before but i have never seen these extra wires before anyadvice is apreciated

nevermind i figured it out.... wow do I need some new door speakers.... Premium sound my ass lol

Glad you got her figured out... I have had extra wires left on the adapter harness since they are used for a variety of models and years. I need an entire system all together, so I guess you're still up on me lol
