First interior lights on second it will not turn off and third it will not turn on

First the truck started with the interior lights staying on and draining the battery after that it started acting up when i park and turn off the engine it will stay running after taking the key out of the ignition now that finaly it turn off the dash lights stay on but it will not start the battery is ok and the starter was check and is ok also

i had to un plug the battery because even that the ignition is in the off position all the acessories are on.

also the remote lock control lost its programing and will not re program.

Has there been a any rain recently and is the drivers side floor board damp or wet?

i went to the car wash before these hapend but i just check the floor board and they are dry the truck started normaly these morning but the interior lights will not turn off ???
