Ok so they arent huge mods and the one i would barely call it a mod but still ... here they are ...

Tail Light Blackouts

The last one you cant see ... its a third brake light overlay that says "expedition" when you press the brakes ... Ill try for pics later tonight ...

While your looking i have a question. See my hitch? Its pretty rust colored nasty ... what would anyone recommend to paint it? I would probably have to sand it down some? Then some kind of automobile spray paint? I would love some recommendations or even pics of yours if you have done it...

Instead of painting it, wire brush or take it off and have it sandblasted, then use bedliner. You can buy it in a qt size to roll on or Plasticote makes it in a spray on version. It is not cheap, but it sure looks nice and wears like iron. I am doing a little rust repair this spring on my 97 and then I am doing the rockers and door bottoms in bedliner. I already have used it as rustproofing in the fender well and along the frame rails.

For my hitch, I just spray painted some Rust Olem, and it's still holding up. Actually, most of my underside is black, be it with Rust Olem, or the high temp spray paint for the muffler and tail pipe.

Then again, we don't get any harsh winters, so we don't have to deal with any road salt.

I had this same problem. I sanded it down to bare metal (use an electric sander or it will take for ever) and then just spray painted it with a couple coats of flat black paint. It was spray paint designed for grilles - rust proof/high temp. It worked excellently on the tow bar and the exhaust tip. Check out pictures of my truck here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2939867
