Hi - Has anyone fitted a Ford Raptor Skid Plate to a 2009-2014 Expedition? My standard ones don't stand up to the desert abuse my truck gets put through, as I go where my friend's raptor goes!
I have one available for me free (old one off one of my friend's Raptor), with all the mounting hardware, so I want to use it.
My truck is already lifted (3 inch levelling Front spacers), plus running bilstien shocks which add about 1" and 33" tires if that makes any difference.
I guess I would have to do some fabrication / cutting, but was wondering if anybody had attempted this before?
I also was thinking to cut that lip at the bottom of the bumper when fitting this to give me some extra ramp over angle at the front (my bumper is damaged anyway, so I dont mind cutting away at it!
