Ford app and Ford.com access problems

When I try to log into Ford.com or the Ford app I get error messages that my ID or password is no longer valid. I use Chrome ID and password memory so I know it is not my fault. I have to contact chat or call Ford to resolve the issue. Anybody else have problems logging in to Ford? I am getting sick of Ford's technology sites, they are not run very well.
