Ford ESP/Protect Plan enhancement options

The factory 3/36 is coming towards it's end on my '18 Expy Limited, so I'm about to buy an extended PremiumCARE plan through Flood Ford. For those that have, have you bought any of the following options to the plan? If not, do you wish you had? If so, have you used them/find them useful? Or, do you think it was a waste?

They're not overly expensive to add, but just curious what others have found:

-First Day Rental (loaners seem to be hit or miss at local Lincoln dealer)
-Enhanced Rental
-Bulb Coverage (may need longer time to realize..)

When I bought my new to me 3rd gen i opted to get the Triton Ulimate (I believe thats the correct name) for about $3k which is essentially another 10yr/100k bumper to bumper warranty with the difference of a $200 deductible per part.

Yup, I added first day rental, LED bulb coverage and keys. I theory, probably won't need bulb coverage, but have you priced replacements? Key coverage even covers loss so for 50 bucks (I think that's how much it was), it's a no brainer.
