Ok, I've researched and found little on their Corrosion warranty here in the US... not that surprised! Anyone have any info on it?

I have a 2005 Exp Limited and the rockers are rusted through, spot on the door has rusted through and the under-carriage has more rust than a old car. The Radiator support looks like swiss cheese... this is just unacceptable being that I am the 2nd owner and still owe some money on it.... Anyone have any advice?

I don't know that one exists, and if it does, few people mention it. Unfortunately road salt is terrible on cars, the radiator support is a common problem on 2nd gens, and if the under carriage is just surface rust, that is normal. My mom's 04 Expy is rusting about as bad as my truck is and it is 7 years newer.

I'd love to know if you find out my radiator supports are badly rusted. I cleaned them up and sprayed them with Extend a Permatex product that encapsulates the rust with a polymer that stops the rust in its tracks.

The Permatex product is called "Extend." It is a spray on product that goes on clear bonds with the rust and turns into a black polymer coating.

I also use a brush on product that goes on milky and turns black. Both are paintable. I got these from NAPA as you can see but it is available at most Auto Parts stores.

Nice.... I'm going to get that soon

This stuff really works, I have used it for years when I was working on my own cars that were rusting. Brush off the loose stuff with a wire brush break off any of the flaky stuff until you down to solid rusty metal, then spray the hell out of it. Spray it on anything that is rusting for a waterproof coating. It literally stops rust in its tracks.
