It's not one piece but it is really simple to take apart honestly. I am in the process of fixing some front end damage that my son caused by running into a mail box. Bumper comes off with just four Bolts, and there is one rubber flap under the truck you have to remove to get to the bolts (held in with those plastic push in serrated things). The top plastic cover that covers the radiator support is held on by another kind of plastic push pin thing with a plastic Philips screw in the center of it. I had the bumper, plastic grill, and passenger side fender off in about an hour and a half. Note: The wiper cowl is split in the middle, and I had to take off one wiper and half the wiper cowl to get to a couple of hidden fender bolts. You also have to remove the inner fender liner (easy) to get to two hidden bolts for the fender.
