Front end vibration and noise

I have a 2016 exp. el xlt 4x4, I have had a noise in the front for about a year now, it has 111,000 on it now, when turning left or right from the stopped position it sounds like the tires are making a noise like the tred rolling over itself, The tires are in great shape they are michelin defender ltx ms 275/65r18 with 30,000 miles on them and have proper psi and have been rotated 3 times so I keep thinking its not the tire.

Mine had these symptoms and it was actually coming from the rear not the front. Limited slip clutch packs in the rear end are shot, need to be replaced. Likely what's happening to you.
