Front suspension issue!

I'm not fully sure if these are stabilizer bar links or not cause i cannot find them anywhere that looks like these. Or maybe its a tracking bar link ? well the issue is it's disconnected as you can see in the picture, and the drivers side which i didnt include a picture looks connected but when i jump on the passenger side it pops out, soo i'm guessing both are destroyed. Well what are these ?

I'm looking at your pic on my phone so clarity aint too clear and I can't tell if u circled anything b ut if your talking about the grey part that's in front of the 4x4 axle that runs vertical and is about 4in long, that is the sway bar end link

I couldn't figure out how to circle it this time. But Its the part thats disconnected.

its your sway bar end link. both mine went and i got moog replacements for like $12 bucks per side. you wont find ones that look like your current ones unless you order from ford...they are plastic and metal combined.

Yep ... sway bar end links.

Mine were destroyed in the front and I removed them - and the entire sway bar - with the help of an angle grinder. I like the way it makes the front
suspension more independent over bumps. Not to mention it weighs enough
to use as a curl bar!

For the rear sway bar end-links, which are more accessible, I'm making quick disconnects for offroading.

I have always heard it called a trailing link or stabilizer bar. They break prettty regulary after 40,000 miles. It's pretty easy to replace and will make a huge difference when traveling on a highway cloverleaf ramp. Just put truck front frame on jack stands and then put floor jack under stabilizer bar or A frame to position and reconnect. You should replace both sides at same time but are sold seperatly. Allocate an hour of time and you will be happy when its fixed properly, part only cost 11.00 at advanced auto.
