Front Suspension Noise

My left front suspension is making a squeek noise when ever it moves. It doesn't make any noise while its moving, but the initial start makes a high pitch squeek. A guy I work with had his 97 ex do the same and the mechanic replaced a hundred parts and didn't make it go away.

I haven't checked my sway bar links yet but I sprayed some stuff to see if it'd help but most of it is sealed.

Any ideas?

Also it just recently warmed up here. It's happened one other time, and I filled the tire with air and it went away.

I checked the suspension. The front stabilizer bar link bolt is missing on that side. Would that cause excessive wear on the joints or something?

I would have to guess yes. Since the bolt is missing on that side there is probably alot of play on that side since the bolt isn't there to keep it snug. But thats just my opinion, cant really say for sure.
