Front Wiper Pressure?

Anyone else have this issue? Front Passenger side wiper on My 04 Expedition NBX 4x4 was not making good contact with the windshield. I tried buying expensive wiper blades for it and it helped but I still get a "Non Wiped" spot when running them! Should I replace the entire arm with a new one? Do they sell stiffer springs for the arms? I know this sounds like a Minor/Dumb issue but it's driving Me Crazy!!! Thanks Guys...

Thanks for the replies... I just ordered 2 New Dorman Arms. I'll let y'all know if it fixes it!
