Going through possible things to take care of on my trusty old truck, I see the fuel filter is an easy one...part is only around 10 bucks, is this something I could do myself? I remember on one of my old cars I did it, no idea where it is even located on the truck, does anyone else know??

Also, its a 2000 xlt 2wd, with just over 60k on it...anyone have any ideas of some things I should do? I have not had it in for any of the major stuff like tranny yet, thats next on the list...but are there any other little things I should replace to keep this truck running strong????

Thanks guys your the best!!

Fuel filter is easy. Trace the line from the tank. You'll find the filter. (Ido not know its exact location on your truck...)

I'd swap out your tranny fluid before I did anything else!!
