Fuel leak

Have 2017 3.5 ecoboost fuel rail leaking, at the oring on top of the injector, just replaced all orings with Oreilly parts , any idea why or how it’s leaking ?

Could be a cracked or torn oring, new parts can be defective, now more than ever.

I’ve had it apart and inspected the orings because I thought the same thing, didn’t see anything wrong, wondering if it’s because I used aftermarket orings and not ford parts

Aftermarket could be the problem, the correct diameter is key, sounds like you got this.
