fuel pump communication error

Would Lost Communication With Fuel Pump Control Module cause the wrench to pop up on the dashboard? Or is the wrench strictly a transmission/powertrain issue? Thanks

I have had that happen once. The only code was the lost communication code. I was almost to work, turned it off and didn't have it again...

this started sat. night . I went to autozone and cleared then Monday night just wrench came on went away Tuesday afternoon came back Tuesday night and this afternoon the wrench and check engine light both came on. and it felt sluggish.
