Here's my thought don't get rid of the cats because you will throw codes allday. Now heres what I plan on doing, I plan on gutting out the insides of the cats an the reason I'm doing that is because once you gut them the cats should act like mufflers so when the exhaust gets past the first o2 it has to go through to in a sense two mufflers before it gets to the second o2. So the exhaust stream Sony be the same at both o2 sensors. Some please correct me if I am wrong.
