22 Timberline. So I can get the windows to globally open but not close. Went by my dealer today and they were no help.
what is interesting, if you read the manual it indicates Ho to menu from your steering wheel control and then go to settings. From setting you should have an option for windows. Nope does not exist. Go to the 15“ screen menu and look through every setting that is available, no window option as a choice.

Read the owners manual that is loaded into the system and view the details on Global windows. Here is where it goes off in left field. It comments about Global Opening but nothing about Global closing.

Does the truck only do Global opening now? Anyone else with a Timberline experience the same issue?

According to the 2019 order guide, all expeditions have the one touch up and down feature for the first row.

Did you enable it in the BCM, PDM, and DDM?

Based on the setting they quoted above they were in the BCM easy config options. So You might be on to something. Probably did not make all the changes.

so basicly my XLT have a switch for 1 row
I did changes only in BCM (normal one not in AS BUILT FORMAT) becouse the funkcions are already there
I did not do any changes in other part

I seen YT for F150 that people were doing changes also in PDM AS BUILT FORMAT(1 row) and DDM AS BUILT FORMAT (1 row) but those are diffrent then My car got

So question (as i assume F150 vs Exp got diffrent soft) what changes extra should be done

so i check once again - via normal interface not hex

BCM(Body Control Module) - option for open and close - 3 both
DDM(Driver Door Module) - option enable
PDM(Passenger Door Module) - option enable
APIM(What controls Sync) - Technically not a requirement, because it just turns it on and off - i do not have anything with windows in APIM module... - so no changes

and still not working

Loki is correct as usual, you need to have the auto open/close ability in the car itself. And most likely that ability was removed from your rear windows in 22 like mine (chip shortage). I can only do the front windows and I believe Ford just turned global windows open/close off completely on the trucks that had the auto open/close removed.

i got in my Exp auto switch for front (one click for driver and pass)
i do not have for rear

in Forscan in normal mode i can change it to enable (global windows putted to 3 - both in BCM, and i DDM i PDM to enable)

but still front windows do not open and do no close...

i dont care about rear becouse i do not have auto switch -> so i know they would not work anyway

Hi everyone, I just picked up a '23 Expedition XLT and was trying to configure the global window option in Forscan. I see this was an issue a couple years ago, has anyone figured out a fix? I am able to program it to my '23 Bronco, but the Expy is being a little ******** about it. All global window options have been enabled in all 4 modules. Any other thoughts?
Thank you so much in advance!!!
Dan
