Global Open & Close Power Window Feature Not Closing Windows

2022 Timberline that has the global open and close feature. I can get the windows to work for opening the windows, but not for closing. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so how have you corrected the issue short of taking it in for service?

Does the one touch close feature work. If not, try recalibrating it.

I don't have that feature on my SPP. I had it on my 2019 Limited Stealth but not my 2022. Unless they changed the way it is activated?

I have a problem with global open/close feuture
I went to forscan and putted on both options - both (0 - enable 1-key 2 remonte 3-both)
but it do not work
is there other thing that i should do??
