Global Windows function in my 2025 Ford Expedition

The Remote-control Global Windows function in my 2025 Ford Expedition rolls all the windows down, but they do not roll back up with the remote control. There is also NO option to roll up the windows under the WINDOWS section of the SETTINGS Menu. Am I alone, or has anyone else run up on this same problem? My Model is the ACTIVE with the 202A Interior package

Yes, and I've been told by others that they won't roll up with the remote. I know my 2021 rolled up with the remote. Ford says to go to the WINDOW section of the Settings menu and toggle it on, but there is no option to do that in the WINDOWS section of my car. (I have the ACTIVE with the 202A Interior package). My only guess is FORScan might have the option available to add.

The order guide doesn't state any trim has global windows

My 2025 Platinum Ultimate Max does the same. Down but not up. I wonder if I was supplied with the wrong remote.

On the 4th Gen there is a setting in the menu to turn on/off the up and down separately.

Don't know what it would look like on your 5th but here is how to get to it on the 4th.

My view on the drivers screen
go to settings
go to advanced settings (might have to scroll down to get to it)
Go to vehicle (might have to scroll down to get to it)
Go to windows

Looking through the guide, they roll down, but not up.

Seems like there are options in the screen that are supposed to be there that are not like approach lighting, autofold mirrors and approach split gate
