Haunted Side Mirror (Moves on it's own)

Anybody got a fix for my haunted passenger side view mirror? Every single time I get into my truck I have to move it left. When I turn the truck off it's fine, then when I start the truck up again it's shifted to the right just a few inches.

It's a 97, done it since I got the vehicle last year

I guess it is an Eddie Bower? If it is it could be,
The memory function is hooked to your fob. when you unlock the truck with that fob it sets seat, pedals and mirrors to one of the memory presets.
