Heated & cooled seats not working.

So as the topic implies my seats nether work on heating or cooling. I assumed it was a simple blown fuse but after changing both fuses there is still nothing according to the owner manual the switch is supposed to light up red or blue when they're working though they don't seem to really do anything not even the adjustment tumbler makes them do anything. Would there be any way of testing them such as bypassing the switch for temp just for a quick check to see if they actually work ?
