Big guys need big toys. Wife took a 50 mph rice rocket in the door post of our Suburban - no injuries. Been looking for something with same mass ... and room. Newly designed Expedition Max is equivalent or better. Interior is the only production vehicle I could find without a door post in my armpit. Been in the drive for a week now. Still working on the 567 page owners manual (note: there are to many damn notes)! Now if I can just figure out how to turn off that bossy wench telling me to "obey the law" - not the one in the right hand seat - the one behind the dash!!

Hey dlwford, welcome to the forum! What year is your Expedition? Totally agree on the owners manual...a learning curve, but not too steep.
What part of the The Yellowhammer State you from? Still suffering from the Clemson loss? Wife's from Hamilton AL (If I ever root for Auburn in our home, it's SEXCON zero!), but we now happily reside in the Cornhusker State.

Welcome to the site. Post up pics of your expedition when you can.
