Hello from Aiea, Hawaii.

Long time Explorer Forum member, just sold my 94 Explorer Limited and finally got a 99 Expedition XLT 4x4 to accommodate seating for my wife and 4 kids!

Got a 99' with 126k miles it pretty good condition for $2000 and already started with the minor fixes.

Any other member from Oahu, Hawaii?

Thanks, sounds good, I look forward to checking it out... I know there's some harder parts to that trail, can a stock truck make it up there just fine staying on the main paths?

Yup.. stock 2wd car can make it.. they say 4x4 for liability... Also good to have 4x4 when it rains and things gets kinda slick... Otherwise.. Stock will be good. Just need to deflate the tires to make ride a bit more smoother..

Hey fellow Hawaii board members, I need help finding a good auto electric mechanic for my XLT, or a good contact for someone at the dealership service department....

I messed up my instrument cluster trying to fix the http://www.expeditionforum.com/f27/flickering-odometer-16847/ problem...

I picked up a new cluster from the junk yard in Pearl City, looking for someone who can flash this cluster for me. Or looking for the dealer to do it without trying to diagnose and fix every other problem on the way...

Thanks everyone.
