‘05 3v I was doing cam phasers and general tune up. I broke a plug and it was a nightmare to drill out. It took about 20+ hours to get this far. After doing the timing stuff, the motor was turned over to tdc for the number one cylinder but didn’t realize until it was too late that it opened the intake valves for the cylinder I was doing the tap on for the plug (cylinder 7). I realized this when I found water from a bad rain storm inside the intake. (yes I had everything covered) I dried and cleaned out cylinder 7.
MY QUESTION IS THIS… I CANT FIND ANYWHERE THE INFORMATION ON WHAT OTHER INTAKE VALVES COULD BE PARTIALLY OPEN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE INTAKE VALVES FOR #7, AS I PROBABLY BLEW WATER AND METAL SHAVINGS INTO THESE AREAS AS WELL.

I don't know which valves are open and when, sorry. My only thoughts are to get an inspection camera and run it down the intake and or into the spark plug holes and see what you have. I suppose you could pull the heads as well and know for sure, but obviously avoiding that is preferred.
