HELP broken window controller

My heated seats work but moon roof and flip windows and all the door windows have no power to them but the 15amp has 12v to it and the 30amp maxi fuse under the hood has 9v to it... I'm not sire what has gone wrong.

I fixed the problem I went through every inch of fuse box both of them turns out the giant 30 amp was blown and my relay was loose
